WORDS ADDRESSED TO THE DOMINICAN SISTERS OF THE ANUNCIATA

Dear Dominican Sisters of the Anunciata, on this very special day, International Women’s Day, we want to express our deepest gratitude for everything you do at Fray Martín de Porres School. Your work is an invaluable gift to all of us, a beacon of light that guides our path.

First, we want to remember with admiration the sister who had the vision to found this school. Her dedication and effort have allowed thousands of children and young people to receive a quality education based on values and principles that will accompany us throughout our lives. Like many women throughout history, she demonstrated that with effort and dedication, great things can be achieved. Her example inspires us to move forward, strive to achieve our dreams, and never give up in the face of challenges. Her legacy endures in every corner of the school, inspiring us to follow her example of service and commitment, to work hard for our dreams, and to never surrender to obstacles.

To all the sisters who have continued her work, we sincerely thank you for your dedication and commitment. Your patience, kindness, and wisdom have been essential in our personal and academic growth. Every day, you teach us not only knowledge but also values such as solidarity, respect, and honesty.

You are an example of what women can achieve when they dedicate themselves to helping others, of the strength that resides in kindness and empathy. We want to make a special mention of Sister Anunciata, who is no longer physically with us but whose memory remains alive in our hearts. Her smile, kindness, and generous spirit left an indelible mark on all of us who had the privilege of knowing her. Her example inspires us to be better people every day and reminds us of the importance of kindness and empathy. She was like an angel watching over us, a special being who illuminated our lives with her presence.

Thank you, dear sisters, for being a fundamental part of our lives. Your work is like a light that illuminates our path and drives us to achieve our dreams.

On this Women’s Day, we celebrate your dedication, strength, and love. You are an example of what women can achieve when they devote themselves to serving others.
