Double Jubilee?
We are preparing to experience a time of grace and celebration: the Double Jubilee of the Congregation of the Dominican Sisters of the Annunciata, which will begin on April 2, 2025, marking 150 years since the demise of our beloved Saint Francisco Coll.
From different corners of the world and various areas of the Anunciata Family, a common question arises: Double Jubilee?. The children and teachers in our schools, the young people we accompany, the people with whom we share our mission, and the sisters of all generations express with joy their desire to celebrate and live this jubilee with depth and meaning.
The Prioress General, Sister Ana Belén Verísimo, explains the meaning of the Double Jubilee and invites us to embrace this time with joy and gratitude. In her message, she encourages us to see it as an opportunity to renew our commitment to building the Kingdom of God, strengthen our faith, and look to the future with hope.
Following her call, we are invited to be pilgrims and prophets of hope, to walk together in this time of grace, and to strengthen our identity as Anunciata, living with faithfulness, enthusiasm, and creativity the spirit that Saint Francisco Coll left us.
