With hearts full of gratitude, we approach the closing of the Double Jubilee of the Congregation, a time of grace in which the Lord has allowed us to remember with thanksgiving the journey we have made.
And, with the certainty that the charism remains alive and relevant, we will open, with trusting gratitude, the Year of Vocations whose motto is “A story of light continues, be a torch!”, within the framework of the commemoration of 170 years of the Anunciata’s history, of fidelity and generous dedication in service to the Kingdom of God.
This Year of Vocations aims to be an opportunity to accompany young people in discovering their lives as a vocation, helping them to recognize and mature the plan that the Lord has for each one, and at the same time to give thanks to God for the gift of the vocation received, celebrating it as a gift in this time when the Congregation commemorates 170 years of its journey.
The motto “A story of light continues, be a torch!” invites us to open our ears and our hearts to respond to the question that, deep within, the Lord addresses to each person: “What do you want me to do for you?”
