Today, we joyfully celebrate the Solemnity of the Annunciation, the source of our charism and a call to fidelity. We share the message of our General Prioress, Sr. Ana Belén Verísimo García, who encourages us to listen to God, live with openness, and walk together as the Anunciata Family. This is how the angel Gabriel greets the young Mary.
Listening and realizing that God loves us and counts on each of us to live and be witnesses of His love is truly a reason for joy.
A reason for joy and commitment, for openness and availability.
Rejoice!
Because we walk together as a Church.
Because we allow ourselves to be surprised by God and His plans.
Because He calls and gathers us as the Anunciata Family.
Rejoice! Let us rejoice!
The Lord is with us!
Like Mary, I/we also say: “Lord, let it be done to me according to Your will!”
The Anunciata is the work of God, of Mary, and of our Holy Father Dominic.
